Payment:     We Accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Our Policies: Weekday discounts are offered to senior citizens and business travelers. Rates are on a per night basis and include breakfast.  On weekends, rates include appetizers and beverages. Payment required 1 week prior to visit and secured with a credit card at time of reservation.  Major credit cards, cash, and checks are accepted. Our policy allow for cancellations up to one week prior to your intended arrival with full refund, less a $10.00 booking fee. Cancellations with less than one week notice are "NON-REFUNDABLE". Guests are welcome to check in after 4:00 pm and check out around noon. Smoking is allowed on the porches only. In consideration of other guests we are not able to accommodate young children.  Exceptions are considered for families wishing to reserve "all" guests rooms. The family cat has access to common areas only. We are "CLOSED" on Sundays unless you are here for a multiple night stay. Holliday and Race weekends require a 2 night minimum stay. NO discounts are given on concert nights. NO daily maid service on discounted rooms.    NO Pets.
